Applicants should have an Associate degree or equivalent and experience with school-age children, with strong written and verbal communication skills. This is a full-time, non-exempt position located in Bentonville, AR, with a pay rate of $19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Education in classical education or curriculum is a plus.
• Associate degree or equivalent preferred with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the planning and operation of after-school programs.
• Implement and evaluate program goals.
• Schedule staff and activities; supervise assistants.
• Ensure safety and manage fees and check-in/out.
