Job summary

YMCA of Dane County in Madison, WI is seeking part-time After School Teachers to lead games, art, and homework help with elementary students.

This role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, and the chance to make a daily impact while enjoying a free YMCA membership.

Qualifications

• 1 year of child care experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent (required).
• Two approved non-credit school-age courses - training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead games, create art, and help with homework for after-school children.
• Facilitate safe, engaging activities in a group setting.
• Support positive behavior and develop skills through structured play.
