Job summary

Primrose School of Eagle Springs is seeking an Explorer Teacher for our after-school program. You’ll care for children ages 5 to 12, delivering a fun, flexible curriculum with student-led projects focused on leadership and design thinking.

This role may involve transporting children on a 14-passenger bus, with higher pay for bus driving eligibility. Applicants should be available for after-school hours, Monday through Friday, and join a team that values curiosity, creativity and compassion in

As an After School Teacher, which we call an Explorer Teacher at Primrose School of Eagle Springs, you’ll help care for students aged 5 to 12 who are enrolled in our after school program. You’ll implement a fun and flexible curriculum with student‑led projects that focus on leadership, character development and design thinking. This position may require transporting children on a 14‑passenger bus. Applicants who qualify to drive a bus will be considered for a higher pay rate.

Position Requirements:

Position Requirements: Must be available to work 3:30 - 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday during the school year. Additional hours will be scheduled during ISD breaks, holidays and summer. To be considered for driving a bus, applicants must be at least 25 years old with a clean driving record (no CDL required).
