Job summary

Boulder Valley School District seeks a School Age Care Supervisor for Crest View Elementary in Boulder, CO. This 0.75 FTE, 30-hour-per-week role begins September 14, 2026 and runs 200 days this year, with a pay range of $28.46 to $30.81 per hour.

The SAC Supervisor leads the before/after school program, ensures safety, and coordinates with families and school staff. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree or substantial supervisory experience with children, is English-proficient, and can meet

Qualifications

• Meets education and experience requirements for a School Age Care Program Director as per Colorado CDHS regulations.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds to assist with health care needs.
• Must communicate in English (read, write, speak).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation of the SAC program, including attendance and location tracking of children.
• Monitor enrollment, safety, staff-to-child ratios, and implement positive discipline per guidelines.
• Maintain accurate licensing records and reports per Colorado CDHS, county health departments, and BVSD policies.
• Design and coordinate age-appropriate activities aligned with district curricula and social-emotional learning.
• Collaborate with school staff to support students academically and socially, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.
• Lead staff meetings, supervise site-based staff, and manage performance and training needs.
