Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking School-Age Childcare Staff for our After School Program at Naples Elementary School in Naples, NY for the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time, non-exempt role follows the school calendar with an afternoon shift from 2:00 to 6:00 pm.

This position focuses on safe, engaging activities, positive role modeling, and teamwork with families. Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, or at least 1 year of childcare experience; health clearance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, OR 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
• TB health clearance is required.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, reliability.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities per Healthy Kids Curriculum (fitness, STEAM, art, homework).
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and model positive behavior for children.
• Follow state guidelines and program policies.
• Assist with attendance, registration, and staffing tasks.
