Club K After School is seeking a Program Leader in Beaverton (with Beaverton School District) to oversee daily operations of a licensed after-school site and lead a small team.

You will develop engaging activities aligned with safety and values, maintain student records and parent communications, and collaborate with admin to hit program goals.

This role offers on-site and office time, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive environment for youth development.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of experience working with elementary-age youth.
• Strong organizational skills and dependability.
• Leadership experience or supervising staff (preferred).
• Knowledge of child development and best practices in school-age care (preferred).

Lead with Purpose – Become a Program Leader with Club K After School Zone

Location: Beaverton, Tigard-Tualatin or West Linn-Wilsonville School District (75% on-site) + Beaverton Office (25%)
Schedule: Monday–Friday afternoons (average 26–28 hours/week) + ~2 weekday mornings
Compensation: Starting at $20.00+/hour, DOE & education level
No weekends. No late nights. Just meaningful, passion-driven work.

What You’ll Do

As a Program Leader, you will:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our licensed after-school sites

What We’re Looking For

• Required: At least 1 year of experience working with elementary-age youth (teaching, camp, or enrichment programs)

• Preferred: Knowledge of child development and best practices in school-age care
