Job summary

Bay Area Community Resources is seeking individuals to facilitate academic and enrichment activities for K–12 students in after-school programs. You'll play a crucial role in fostering engagement and support for students, creating a safe and inclusive environment while supervising activities.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree or equivalent experience, has strong communication skills, and can manage groups of students effectively. Compensation is between $24–$27 per hour, with flexible hours ranging from 20–30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working with kids and supervise up to 22 students.
• Ability to communicate openly and maintain confidentiality.
• Must pass a criminal background check and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging academic and enrichment activities for K–12 students.
• Build supportive relationships that foster student engagement.
• Maintain accurate attendance and program documentation.
