You will oversee safety, inclusivity, and engagement for children and families, ensuring licensing readiness and policy adherence while fostering growth opportunities for the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Associate’s degree or higher required.
• Ability to meet Vermont DCF school-age program leadership requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for after-school programs and staff.
• Ensure safe, engaging environments for children and families.
• Maintain compliance with Vermont DCF licensing and Healthy Kids policies.
