The Quest Zone Afterschool Program is seeking a full-time Site Director for our afterschool programs in the Aiken area. This role offers no nights or weekends, with immediate hiring and opportunities for advancement.

Pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour, with potential increases based on education, performance, and years of service. Candidates with advanced education may qualify for higher pay within the range.

Qualifications

• Associates or higher in ECE or related field.
• Experience in childcare or afterschool setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of afterschool program, including administrative, operational, and logistical tasks.
• Oversee curriculum implementation with developmentally appropriate activities and environments.
• Partner with families to provide the best care and education for children.
• Leverage business, sales, and marketing savvy to grow and operate the program.
