Save the Children is seeking a Part-Time Program Coordinator to support Monarch Elementary School in Union, SC, overseeing in-school and afterschool programming and using STAR data to identify students who benefit from small-group support.

Responsibilities include supervising tutors, administering pre- and post-assessments, organizing family engagement events, recording attendance, and maintaining safeguarding procedures. Starting date to be determined. Salary: $30 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Identify children who would benefit from small-group support based on STAR Assessment data
• Oversee in-school and afterschool literacy and math activities facilitated by trained tutors
• Supervise tutors in planning and implementation of Save the Children programs
• Administer pre- and post-assessments for participating children
• Record program attendance and ensure safeguarding practices
• Engage families through planned activities and reporting to the Lead Associate
