Job summary

Legacy Traditional Schools is seeking an After School Program Aide to supervise and support students in a structured after-school setting. You will follow a preset schedule, prepare activity materials, and maintain a safe, welcoming space for students.

Responsibilities include supervising outdoor activities, homework help, and ensuring positive behavior while collaborating with staff and administrators. Prior experience with children is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must interact positively with students, parents, teachers and administrators.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience working with children is a plus.
• Create a safe, engaging environment and collaborate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and execute activities under supervision.
• Supervise students to ensure safety and positive behavior.
• Oversee outdoor play and meals/snack breaks.
• Provide homework assistance during quiet time.
• Maintain cleanliness of activity areas and assist with daily operations.
