Qualifications

• Standard high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create student accounts.
• Request purchase orders for supplies.
• Request checks for payments from ASP funds.
• Maintain accurate student attendance and payment records.
• Prepare payroll.
• Communicate account balances to parents/legal guardians.
• Inform about difficulties in payments.
• Attend ASP staff meetings and training.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Follow federal and state laws and School Board policies.
• Perform other assigned duties.
