Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to assist with diapering/transfers/transitions/position changes.
• Must be able to kneel, squat, bend, stand, and sit in student-size chairs for extended periods.
• Willing to participate in required district and school trainings.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe, developmentally appropriate learning environment.
• Assist lead teacher with homework and organizing engaging activities.
• Help prepare and serve snacks; maintain a clean space.
• Communicate with parents about child progress and behavior.
