Qualifications

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license.
• 3+ years of pediatric SLP experience.
• Experience in home-health settings.
• Experience or certifications in feeding therapy (e.g., VitalStim, SOFFI, SOS).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive speech therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Complete required patient visits and maintain documentation on time.
• Adhere to agency policies and all relevant laws.
