Job summary

St. Cloud School District 742 is seeking an Assistant Coach responsible for providing leadership and guidance to student athletes. The position encompasses coordinating training and ensuring the health and safety of athletes while fostering a commitment to character and sportsmanship.

The ideal candidate will have prior playing and coaching experience, and will work closely with head coaches to establish a supportive and effective program. A stipend of $4,087 - $5,150 is offered based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Prior playing and coaching experience at collegiate and/or high school level.
• Proven experience in teaching and modeling character and responsible behavior.
• Strong understanding of interscholastic athletics.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and instruction to student athletes.
• Coordinate training and conditioning with head and assistant coaches.
• Ensure health, safety, and welfare of student athletes.
