Job summary

Nichols College is seeking an After School Mentor to lead a safe, age-appropriate after-school program for school-age youth in Dudley, MA. This seasonal role begins September 8, 2026 and expires after the term, with a target rate of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the program coordinator, tracking attendance and progress, and creating engaging academic and enrichment activities while maintaining strong family communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ years of experience in school age programs or comparable experience.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Up-to-date physical and immunization records.
• CPR and/or First Aid Certification, preferred.
