Job summary

Stratford School in Milpitas is seeking a part-time Lunch and After School Team member to supervise elementary students during meals, crafts, and outdoor activities. You will help maintain a safe learning environment and assist with homework while supporting a cheerful, caring campus culture.

The role offers weekday shifts from 10:30 AM to 1:15 PM and 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM at 341 Great Mall Pkwy, Milpitas, CA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience with children is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor student behavior during meals and supervision periods.
• Plan and run after-school arts and crafts, games, and outdoor activities.
• Assist students with homework as needed.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student needs.
• Ensure safe supervision and care of students at all times.
• Perform light cleaning tasks such as sweeping and wiping tables.
