Job summary

Play-Well Teknologies in Natick, MA, seeks enthusiastic instructors to lead LEGO classes and camps for a range of STEM concepts. You will guide students through hands-on activities, spark creativity, and solve problems while maintaining a safe, engaging environment.

Flexible part-time afternoons and seasonal full-day camps are offered, with compensation for teaching, setup, and travel time. Prior teaching experience is preferred; background checks are required for employment.

Qualifications

• Teaching experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to multiple locations.
• Must pass all background checks.
• Capacity to lift up to 40 lbs and supervise children in class.

Responsibilities

• Instruct LEGO classes and camps, delivering curriculum with creativity and clarity.
• Ensure children's safety, engagement, and enjoyment during sessions.
• Communicate with parents and clients in a knowledgeable, respectful manner.
• Care for and maintain LEGO teaching kits and materials, including setup and breakdown.
