Our Lady Queen of Peace School is seeking an enthusiastic After-School Lead Teacher for students in grades K4–3. You will supervise 5–8 children, create a safe and welcoming environment, and lead activities such as crafts, gardening, games, and LEGO.

The role involves teamwork with a group of young adults, promoting positive behavior and inclusion while providing engaging, age-appropriate activities after school.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Enjoys working and playing with young children.
• Dependable, responsible, patient, and energetic.
• Able to provide positive leadership and maintain a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage approximately 5–8 students after school.
• Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities (outdoor play, crafts, gardening, LEGO, games).
• Promote positive behavior and ensure a safe, inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with a team of young adults to support learning and fun.
