Great Hearts Arizona - CMO is seeking a part-time After-School Lead Teacher to oversee activities and supervise students in the after-school program at the Goodyear campus. This role offers 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with responsibilities including homework support, structured activities, and enforcing classroom routines in a caring environment.

Qualifications

• First aid/CPR certification preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Lead Teachers preferred to have experience in licensed programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 20 students in a classroom setting.
• Facilitate homework, recess, and activities.
• Present lessons from provided classical curriculum.
• Model Great Hearts Core Virtues and follow SOPs.
