Job summary

TGA Sports is seeking enthusiastic youth sports coaches to work with K-6 students in school-based programs, introducing golf and other sports in a fun and safe environment.

You will coach small groups after school, help kids develop gross motor skills, teamwork, and confidence, and maintain equipment and rosters. Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and enjoy working with children; flexible schedule supports part-time roles for students and parents.

TGA runs the leading school-based youth sports enrichment programs for grades K-6. We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible sports coaches to impact the lives of the children we serve and introduce golf in a fun and playful way.

As a coach, you will work with small groups of children across various ages, developing their skills, physical literacy, and teamwork abilities. At YAU, we believe in using positive reinforcement and a low child-to-coach ratio to help each child feel confident, regardless of their age or skill level. With over 20 years of experience, we have a best-in-class curriculum that is specific and progressive to every child's developmental needs.

As a coach, your role will be instrumental in the development of children's gross motor skills and socialization skills, making a positive impact on their lives.

This job is perfect for part-time workers, retirees, high school and college students, stayat-home parents, nanny, teachers, and anyone else with a flexible schedule who have a passion for sports, love working with young children, and wants to give back to their community! The ideal team member will have experience working in Tennis, Golf and/or Pickleball.

Schedules will vary but class times will typically fall between Monday-Friday: 1:30pm - 4:30pm (Varies by school).

• Must be punctual (classes are held after school in the afternoons and children are counting on you)
