All Things Science is seeking energetic instructors to lead after-school STEM classes in Aliso Viejo. You will guide hands-on projects, encourage problem solving, and make science approachable and fun.

Responsibilities include delivering curriculum-driven activities, maintaining a positive classroom, and traveling to partner sites in the Aliso Viejo area. Training is provided, with opportunities to build teaching experience while making a real impact.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with kids and keeping them engaged.
• Training provided; prior camps, classrooms, or tutoring helpful.
• Dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn new approaches.

• Deliver hands on STEM activities with our ready to use curriculum
• Maintain an organized, positive classroom from start to finish
• Promote curiosity, teamwork, and critical thinking
• Work weekday afternoons, usually starting near 1:00 PM
• Travel to partner school sites across the Aliso Viejo area

Qualifications

• Like working with kids and know how to keep them engaged
• Background in camps, classrooms, or tutoring is helpful, and we train new instructors
• Dependable, adaptable, and willing to learn new approaches
• Interest in science, technology, or education

Compensation

$45-$55 per hour
