Job summary

Responsibilities

Design homebound student education programs aligned with district philosophy and goals.
Coordinate with classroom teachers to plan and develop the program.
Use appropriate assessment instruments for instruction areas.
Prepare lesson plans and provide individualized sessions.
Provide parents with home strategies and guidance.
Communicate with the classroom teacher regarding educational needs.
Complete progress reports for each student in the program.
Coordinate report cards with teachers and attend IEP meetings as required.
