AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a Group Leader for our Brookvale Elementary and Forest Park program in California. The role is hourly, with shifts from 7 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, and no weekends. The position includes a $300 hiring bonus and requires an associate degree or higher, 38 college credits, or paraprofessional certification.

You will lead activities across World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts, ensuring child safety and a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's Degree or higher, OR 38 College Credit Hours, OR a paraprofessional certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, Arts)
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Keep the space clean and organized
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff
