Job summary

Family Service Association in Fall River, MA is seeking enthusiastic Group Leaders for our after-school daycare program. The role is part-time, starting at $17 per hour, with 17.5 hours weekly during the school year and 35 hours weekly during summer and school breaks.

The ideal candidate is 18+, with a relevant degree or experience in working with school-age children, and the ability to plan engaging activities, supervise safely, and collaborate with assistants. CORI/SORI checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree with school-age experience, or High School Diploma with related experience.
• Experience with school-age children and supervised programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children and maintain a safe, structured after-school program.
• Engage children through play and activities to foster growth and participation.
• Plan and implement daily activities with support from assistants.
• Complete lesson plans and program documents on time.
