Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is hiring for our before and after school programs serving Warren Elementary Schools in New Jersey. The role runs in the mornings and afternoons, with supervision and enrichment activities designed to engage students in a structured, high-energy setting.

We seek an early learning professional who is reliable, safety-minded, and eager to gain leadership experience while working with children and a collaborative team. CPR/First Aid is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts).
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Keep the space clean and organized.
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.
