Job summary

AlphaBEST Education - Crandall ISD is hiring a Group Leader for after-school programming. Pay is $15.00/hr with hours 2:30 pm–6:30 pm, Monday through Friday, part-time. No weekends.

Join us to guide students in engaging activities in a structured, safe environment. As a Group Leader, you will run daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, Arts), prioritize safety, maintain a tidy space, and build relationships with families and staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).
• Background check required by state childcare licensing agency.

Responsibilities
