Job summary

AlphaBEST Education in Aubrey, TX is seeking an enthusiastic after-school Group Leader to supervise and engage students from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday. You’ll deliver daily activities across World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts, while prioritizing child safety and inclusive support.

Ideal candidates are 18+, hold a high school diploma, and can lift up to 25 pounds. This part-time role offers hands-on training, teamwork with staff, and an opportunity to impact kids

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state licensing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts).

• Keep the space clean and organized.
