AlphaBEST Education is seeking an After School Group Leader in Hillsboro, OR to guide students through daily activities including World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED, a strong sense of child safety, reliability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule while building positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferably 18+ years old.
• 240+ documented hours of experience working with children is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Proof of experience as required by OR childcare licensing regulations.

• Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
• Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed
