Job summary

The Sunshine House in Kennesaw, GA is seeking an After School / Floater Teacher to provide safe, nurturing care and engaging learning experiences for children.

As part of our team, you’ll support social development, build strong family partnerships, and access professional development resources including tuition assistance. This part-time role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with young children.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Proof of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass background checks & health assessments.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies.
• Experience in licensed childcare facility working with school age children required.
• Experience driving a 14-passenger bus is highly desired.

Compensation & Pay Range

$14 and up

Candidates with advanced education and experience in early childhood education may qualify for higher pay within the range. Regular increases are considered with additional education, stellar performance, and years of service.
