UCP of Central Florida seeks an After School Enrichment Program Assistant to support 12–18 students aged 3–11 with academic, fitness, arts/music and STEM enrichment.

You will organize daily lesson materials, deliver plans, and facilitate the program schedule while supervising students across large, small, and individual activities. Brightwheel sign-ins and parent communication are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Strong classroom management and organization skills are required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Experience with arts/music and STEM activities is preferred.
• Experience working with students with and without disabilities in classroom or recreational settings.

Responsibilities

• Organize materials for all lessons and activities.
• Deliver after-school lesson plans and manage daily schedule for 12–18 students.
• Supervise and engage students in large/small groups and individual instruction.
• Implement classroom management and discipline policies to ensure safety and well-being.
• Create a classroom culture that encourages curiosity and discovery.
• Ensure sign-in/out via Brightwheel and communicate parent concerns to Site Coordinator.
• Provide basic caregiving duties and basic health safety as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
