Job summary

YMCA of Central Stark County is seeking an Out of School Enrichment Coordinator to lead a welcoming program where every child feels safe, connected, and inspired to grow. You will coach staff to foster social-emotional development, build confidence, and nurture young leaders in daily activities.

You'll champion program excellence by overseeing operations, ensuring licensing and quality standards, and delivering exceptional experiences for each child served at partner Stark County schools.

Qualifications

• OCCRRA School-Age Endorsement, CPL Level 3, or an associate's degree (or higher) in education or related field.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• At least 18 years old with high school diploma/GED (required).
