Job summary

Concorde Education partners with schools and community organizations to provide engaging enrichment experiences for K-12 students. Instructors come from diverse backgrounds in education, technology, STEM, arts, athletics, and other specialties.

We invite applicants with teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, professional practice, camps, or private instruction experience. Traditional classroom teaching is not required for every program.

Qualifications

• At least 60 completed college credits or equivalent experience.
• Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, or leading youth programs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and group-management skills.
• Dependable, organized, and professional work habits.
• Knowledge or experience in enrichment subjects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver age-appropriate enrichment instruction.
• Prepare sessions using provided curricula or instructor-created activities.
• Create a positive, respectful learning environment.
• Encourage participation and adapt to different ages and abilities.
• Maintain classroom supervision and communicate with school staff.
