Community Works of Louisiana, Inc. seeks a dedicated After School Enrichment Instructor to join our New Orleans team.

You will engage PK-8 students with structured activities that blend arts, numeracy and literacy while managing a lively classroom after the regular school day. Applicants should be capable of delivering dynamic, age-appropriate instruction across sites such as ISOL WestBank Campus, Monday through Friday 3:30pm–5:30pm (Wed 2:30–5:30).

Qualifications

• Experience working with PK-8 students in a 15:1 student–teacher ratio.
• Demonstrates deep knowledge and mastery of their discipline.
• Willingness to drive to CW sites up to 20 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enrichment activities at CW sites Mon-Fri 3:30pm-5:30pm (Wed 2:30-5:30pm) to ensure consistency.
• Create engaging, age-appropriate lessons that integrate arts, numeracy and literacy.
