Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead, coach, and mentor your classroom team while implementing our curriculum to meet the unique needs of each child. You will create a safe, nurturing space for play and learning, and partner with parents to support their children’s education.

Qualifications

• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Approved state trainer status preferred.
• 2–3 years early childhood education experience preferred.
• meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom and provide feedback.
• Implement curriculum consistent with the needs of each child.
