Job summary

Concorde Education is seeking a Drumline Instructor to lead engaging after-school programs in California. The role focuses on teaching foundational percussion skills such as rhythm, timing, and ensemble performance to students of various skill levels.

Instructors will be responsible for conducting structured rehearsals, ensuring a positive environment, and preparing students for performances. This position offers flexible hours at a partner school.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 college credits (completed or in progress).
• Experience in drumline or marching percussion (performance and/or instruction).
• Experience working with students (schools, camps, or youth programs).

Responsibilities

• Adapt instruction for different skill levels and experience.
