Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc is seeking part-time coaches to lead sessions for children aged 5-10 at various elementary schools in the Bay Area. Classes run 1 hour per day, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, 2-5 hours per week, with additional pre-care as needed.

Pay ranges from $50 to $65 per session and all equipment is provided. Coaches will manage 8–16 students, participate in a 2-day training, have reliable transportation, and interact with parents and school staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old.
• Candidates must live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports coaching or working with kids preferred but not required.
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting.

Job Overview

Our programs are held at various elementary schools, Monday-Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This is a part-time position where coaches typically teach one class per day (about one hour), with the possibility of an extra 30 minutes of pre-care. These sessions focus on creating a fun and energetic environment for younger and beginner-level children.

The pay ranges from $50-$65 per session, and all equipment is provided by us.

Requirements:

• Must be 19+ years old upon application
• Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports you are applying, coaching, or working with kids is preferred but not required
• Enjoys working with children in a positive and active setting
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work
• Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload in our website and introduce your experience in sports.

Work Type: Part-time (2-5 hours per week) Pay: $50-$65 per session

We do have openings for After School Tennis, Pickleball, Volleyball, Dance, Yoga and Basketball.
