Job Overview

Our programs are held at various elementary schools, Monday‑Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This is a part‑time position where coaches typically teach one class per day (about one hour), with the possibility of an extra 30 minutes of pre‑care. These sessions focus on creating a fun and energetic environment for younger and beginner‑level children. The pay ranges from $50–$65 per session, and all equipment is provided by us.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2‑day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Equipment is provided by the company; coach should have reliable transportation.
• Take attendance, manage student sign‑ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
• Capture a few class photos for documentation.

Requirements

• Must be 19+ years old upon application.
• Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in‑person work.
• Experience in sports, coaching, or working with kids is preferred but not required.
• Enjoys working with children in a positive and active setting.
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work.
• Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload on the website and introduce your experience in sports.

Work Type

Part‑time (2–5 hours per week). Pay: $50–$65 per session.

Programs & Locations

Programs are offered at multiple schools across the Bay Area. We have openings for After School Tennis, Pickleball, Volleyball, Dance, Yoga, and Basketball.
