Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc is seeking part-time coaches to run after-school sessions for children ages 5–10 at multiple Bay Area schools. Classes run Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–5:00 PM, with about one hour per class and potential extra 30 minutes for pre-care. Pay ranges from $50–$65 per session and all equipment is provided. Local in-person work is required.

Coaches should be able to commute, attend a brief training, and maintain a positive, energetic environment for young beginners.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old upon application.
• Must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Applicants must already be eligible to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship is not provided).
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check.
• Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload on our website and introduce your experience in sports.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Take attendance, manage student sign-ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
• Capture a few class photos for documentation.
