Mustard Seed in Wilmington, NC is seeking an outgoing Camp Counselor to join our team. Your top priority will be to ensure camper safety, supervise activities, and prevent campers from getting lost or hurt during outdoor adventures.

You will plan fun games, provide outdoor education, set up camping equipment, and communicate with parents. The role runs 2:30 to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, offering a great work environment and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a camp counselor or in a similar position.
• Highly organized and responsible.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Be available to work 2:30 - 6:00pm M-F
