Job summary

Elevo Learning is seeking an After School Program Facilitator in Salinas, CA to lead engaging activities for K–8 students, using Elevo’s SEL curriculum. The position runs from September 15, 2026, through June 2, 2027, with a weekly schedule including afternoons on weekdays.

Candidates should have experience coaching or working with youth, be able to manage groups of up to 20, pass a Live Scan and TB screening, and bring a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, youth programs, or leading youth activities.
• Ability to engage and manage groups of up to 20 students.
• Comfort working with K–8 students in an after-school setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead K–8 students through structured activities and sports using Elevo’s curriculum.
• Manage group dynamics and support positive student behavior.
• Collaborate with school staff and fellow coaches to create a welcoming program environment.
• Show up consistently as a role model who helps students build confidence and social skills.
