Job summary

Mentoring Alliance is seeking a Christian Youth Worker for our After School program. This part-time role (17–20 hours/week) focuses on fostering youth development, leading enrichment activities, and serving as a positive role model in a faith-centered setting.

The worker will support daily programming, work Monday through Friday afternoons, and participate in a ministry-driven team. The ideal candidate is devoted to excellence, aligns with our Statement of Faith, and is capable of interacting

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old; HS diploma preferred
• Work Mon–Fri 2:00 PM–6:00 PM during the school year
• Must pass background checks including sex offender check
• CPR/First Aid certification required
• Experience with elementary children is valued

Responsibilities

• Lead enrichment activities for elementary students in after-school settings
• Support after-school programming during the school year
• Uphold Mentoring Alliance’s faith-based values and mission
• Ensure student safety and supervision during program hours
