Job summary

LIFT Enrichment is seeking enthusiastic Chef Teachers to lead hands-on cooking workshops for students in Title I schools. No professional chef experience is required—we provide training and ongoing support, including mileage reimbursement and stipend benefits.

You will teach two workshops per day, handle prep and cleanup, and guide K–8 students through tasty, nutritious recipes using our curriculum. This is a part-time seasonal role with paid training.

Qualifications

• No professional culinary experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups of 15–20 students (K–8) through hands-on cooking activities.
• Teach fun, healthy recipes using provided curriculum.
• Introduce kids to basic cooking, nutrition, and kitchen safety.
• Keep students engaged, excited and involved.
• Manage setup, cooking and cleanup.
• Grocery shop and prep ingredients; transport supplies to schools.
