Metter is seeking a 21st CCLC Certified Tutor for the Afterschool Program. This role works Monday through Thursday with hours that vary daily and pays $30 per hour.

Responsibilities include maintaining attendance, developing instructional activities, data monitoring, and Individualized Student Plans, reporting to the Afterschool Director. Requires a Bachelor's degree; Georgia Teacher Certificate preferred; must pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Criminal Background Check required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily attendance reports for assigned students.
• Keep accurate records per procedures at front desk.
• Plan and implement instructional activities.
• Monitor student progress and data.
• Create and manage Individualized Student Plans.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the director.
• Adhere to site safety procedures and attend trainings.
• Manage student behavior and participate in staff meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by program leadership.
