Job summary

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm to work with all children and adults with varying abilities.
• Experience in educational, childcare/adult care, or special needs settings is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood or adult development.
• Ability to supervise clients and ensure safety and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities and games for clients of varying ages and abilities.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment and ensure cleanliness of spaces.
• Provide one-on-one support for clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients, staff, and families through positive communication.
• Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and helpful attitude.
