Job summary

Tender Touch Therapy, LLC is seeking caring and experienced Respite Provider to join our team in Kenosha, WI. We support clients with autism, ADHD, anxiety, speech, and cognitive delays, offering mentorship, social engagement and positive behavior strategies.

This role offers after-school and evening hours (1pm–6pm) with one-on-one client support, activities and safety-first environment in a multi-disciplinary clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adults with special needs or in educational/adult care settings.
• Ability to supervise clients and ensure safety, mental and physical wellbeing.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood or adult development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities and games for clients of varying ages and abilities.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment, including cleanliness and organization of spaces.
• Provide one-on-one support for the clients.
• Build relationships with clients, staff and families through open communication and positive reinforcement.
• Maintain a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude while delivering personalized service.
