Job summary

Holy Family Early Childhood in Dubuque invites an energetic after-school care associate to support school-age children in the Our Lady of Guadalupe program. The role runs during the school year, Monday through Friday, 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., with nights and weekends off.

An ideal candidate is 18 or older, loves working with children, and will help with homework, plan activities, and supervise students in grades from kindergarten through fifth.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school-age children preferred.
• Able to supervise children from kindergarten through 5th grade.
• Willingness to work after school hours and follow program guidelines.

Responsibilities

Holy Family Early Childhood is seeking a caring, energetic, nurturing and dependable after-school care associate to join the Our Lady of Guadalupe Early Childhood team! This is a 9-month, part-time position while school is in-session. Hours are Monday - Friday, 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. Nights and weekends off!

An ideal position for anyone 18+ who loves to work with children -- After-school care associates supervise school-age children, kindergarten through 5th grade, in the after-school program. This will include, but is not limited to, assisting with homework, planning activities, and supervising students.

Holy Family offers a starting rate of $15.00 per hour. Possible additional pay based on education and experience.

Training Bonus: Earn up to $1,000 in your first 90 days with the completion of training hours!

Early childhood assistant positions are also available to individuals ages 16-18 with a starting wage of $13.00 per hour. This is a great after-school position for those interested in exploring a career in early childhood!
