Job summary

Holy Family Dubuque Our Lady of Guadalupe Early Childhood Center is seeking a caring after-school care associate to supervise and assist students in grades K-5. The role runs Monday to Friday from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. for a 9-month, part-time period when school is in session.

Ideal candidates are 18+ who enjoy working with children, with duties including homework help, activity planning, and student supervision. Training is provided with a potential $1,000 training bonus in the first 90 days.

Qualifications

• Caring, energetic, nurturing and dependable with children.
• Experience or comfort supervising school-age children (K-5).
• Able to assist with homework and plan activities.
• 18+ x willingness to work in after-school program.

Responsibilities

• Supervise school-age children, kindergarten through 5th grade, in the after-school program.
• Assist with homework and set up engaging activities.
• Plan age-appropriate activities and monitor safety.
