Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ethics and Integrity in Ministry (EIM) application within the first week of employment.
• Participation in an EIM basic abuse prevention training workshop within 30 days of submitting the application.
• Maintain EIM compliance during the entire term of employment.
• Ability to supervise students and enforce school rules.

Responsibilities

• Supervises children for safety and appropriate behavior.
• Assists with homework.
• Maintains accurate sign-in and sign-out records.
• Requires students to obey rules; uses approved discipline procedures.
• Knows all emergency procedures, including location of emergency numbers and evacuation plans.
• Assists with maintenance of student and parent sign-in/out processes.
• Assists with proper use of equipment, grounds, and buildings.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Director or principal.
