Job summary

Stillwater Area Public Schools at Rutherford Elementary is seeking a School Age Care Program Assistant to support before/after school and summer programs, fostering a safe, inclusive environment that promotes social and emotional growth through play and learning. The role offers 6.5 hours per day, five days a week with year‑round opportunities.

Pay ranges from $19.06 to $20.30 per hour plus benefits; applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and hold current First Aid/CPR

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or its GED equivalent.
• Must possess or obtain a current first aid and CPR certification (documentation within 120 days of beginning date of employment). Opportunities for certification are provided.
• Desired candidate should have background/training in one or more of the following areas: child development, child guidance, human relations, communications and recreational programming.
